The Legend of Saucy Mary restaurant and bar was fully refurbished in 2021, we have restored some original features such as our 1920’s stone wall, spruced up our dual fuel burning stove and cladded lintels, bar top and alcoves with locally sourced wood to create a relaxing and light filled dining experience reflecting our stunning panoramic views. The Legend is situated between the iconic Skye Bridge and the crumbling ruins of Castle Moil overlooking the shores of the Loch Alsh in the village of Kyleakin.
Whether you are in the mood for an intimate dinner for two or a farm table style family/group experience, there is a variety of delightful spaces and corners to enjoy. Breakfast and lunch are served up cafe style whilst the evening service is a la carte dining. Customers can choose to be seated in the upper or lower restaurant, the garden sun lounge or the diner style snug; all of which comprise our cosy and friendly restaurant overlooking the Skye Bridge, the surrounding mountains and sea.

Groups of 6+ may be asked to pay a deposit to confirm their booking and may NOT always be seated together although we will try. We suggest emailing/calling to make group bookings.
The Bar serves regional ales, spirits and malts and there is an excellent wine menu supplied by Liberty Wines.
